Yesterday's "Les 3 leçons de ténèbres"
We played our first concert of "Couperin 2018" series in Tournai (B) yesterday! WE ARE HAPPY. It's been a long preparation and it was like spring approaching. To play these works this week, written for the Holy Week is a real experience. We thank the Tournai Seminary and the keen audience who came to listen and pray to share with us the great moment Couperin is so good at putting in light. Light but a contrary of a spotlight, as seven candles were one by one put away during the third Leçon.
